All pieces from the Rite and Relic Signature Collection are protected by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or design discrepancies.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, email info@riteandrelic.com with your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, you are responsible for shipping the item to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping once the repair is complete.
What's not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear from everyday use, clasps, chains, earring backs, damage due to improper care or exposure to chemicals, alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Rite and Relic, loss and theft
Repairs Within and Beyond Warranty
We believe in the longevity of what we create. If your piece requires care within the warranty window, and the issue is deemed a covered fault, the repair will be fully handled by us. If your piece is outside the warranty period—or if the damage falls outside warranty conditions—we are still happy to assess and offer paid restoration services on a case-by-case basis.
Whether it's a warped ring, a cracked setting, or a surface flaw that's developed over time, we treat each repair with the same respect and precision as the original work. Our goal is to extend the life of your jewellery with intention and integrity.
Please note: This warranty applies exclusively to the Rite and Relic Signature Collection. It does not extend to any items from our curated collection of designer jewellery. Warranty terms for curated pieces are determined independently by each artist or brand. Rite and Relic does not manage or assume responsibility for those claims.
