Processing Time
Thoughtful objects take time.
At Rite and Relic, we are a small team dedicated to craftsmanship, curation, and care. As such, processing times may vary from piece to piece depending on availability, production method, and whether the item is part of our Signature Collection or sourced from one of our curated artists.
Signature Collection
If the piece is in stock, your order will typically ship within 3–5 business days.
If the piece is not in stock or made-to-order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production and processing.
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a follow-up email within 1–2 business days confirming your expected processing time. If you need your order by a certain date, we encourage you to reach out before placing it.
Curated Items
Each artist we work with maintains their own process and timelines. Some curated items may be in stock and ready to ship; others may be made-to-order, depending on the designer's practice and production schedule.
As a result, processing times for curated items will vary. You will receive an email shortly after ordering with the estimated timeframe specific to your piece. If your order contains items from both our signature and curated collections, they may ship separately.
